From rural Kedah to global learning communities.

Nurul Ummi Muhammad Razak is a Malaysian educator, youth leader and social-impact practitioner. She graduated from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris with a Bachelor of Education (TESL), a CGPA of 3.94/4.00 and the Chancellor’s Gold Medal.

Her work sits at the intersection of education, youth development and intercultural learning. She has taught at school and tertiary levels, led grassroots programmes for rural learners, coordinated regional youth initiatives and represented Malaysia through fully funded academic and cultural programmes in the United States and Japan.

At UNITAR College Sungai Petani, she has taught Essential Business Communication Skills and Reading, Vocabulary & Grammar, while continuing community-based work that connects learners with English, AI tools and pathways to wider opportunities.
